Canadiens Health Update: Montembeault To Miss Additional Time

The Montreal Canadiens have announced that netminder Samuel Montembeault will be sidelined for 10-14 days with a lower-body injury.

The incident that took him out of the lineup occurred at practice on Wednesday, when a shot appeared to strike him near his proverbial family jewels. Montembeault left the ice immediately. Although some teammates indicated the injury was not long-term , he will still need a week or two to recover.
