All NHL GMs failed to move bad contracts this summer, except one GM, who moved out 6th worst

There are plenty of bad contracts in the NHL for underachieving players. But only one NHL GM was able to trade away one of the very worst contracts this summer.
Congratulations to Oilers GM Stan Bowman, who not only moved out Darnell Nurse’s contract, but he did so without retaining any money on the four final years of Nurse’s deal, and he got two promising young d-man prospects, Shakir Mukhamadullin and Zach Sharp, back from San Jose.
