It appears the tough love approach is being taken with the fiercest Edmonton prospect Connor Clattenburg, with him starting out the year in Bakersfield on the fourth line and without any special teams play until he successfully and consistently focuses his game on what the Oilers organization needs from him: solid two-way play.
