'Don’t love what is happening': Top young goalie likely won't be back with Oilers organization this season, appears to be off to Sweden

This in from Edmonton Oilers commentators, top Oilers prospect expert Bruce Curlock, him talking with Ayden Ganam on Oilers Now, news that Edmonton’s top goalie prospect Samuel Jonsson likely won’t be playing in the Oilers farm system this season, but will play in his home country, Sweden.
Last year Jonsson, 22, was the starting goalie for the ECHL’s Fort Wayne Comets, where he had a strong first year in North America. Oilers insider Bob Stauffer has ranked Jonsson as the eighth best Edmonton Oilers prospect. At the Cult of Hockey, we have Jonsson ranked as the fourth best prospect.
