We’ve already ranked the eight worst teams, but now we move on to the second part of the list, which always includes a few different types of teams. Some are mediocre teams fighting to stay competitive. Some are young up-and-coming teams putting their ghosts of Cap Hell past to rest. And some are teams who were elite at cap management and are finally slipping up.
