Japan Looks To Three-Peat At IIHF Women's Asia Championship 2027

This October in Japan, Asia’s top four hockey nations will gather for the third edition of the IIHF Women’s Asia Championship. Officially, the tournament is part of the 2027 IIHF season. All games will be held at the Tsukisamu Gymnasium in Sapporo, Japan. With the top-level 2026 IIHF Women’s World Championship added to the calendar this year from 6-16 November, this tournament is taking place three weeks earlier than it did in 2026.
