Oilers, Habs top Canadian NHL teams in first Power Ranking of season
from TSN,
The Oilers are the top-ranked Canadian team and sit second overall in our first Power Rankings of the season with a record of 11-2-2.
Connor McDavid is breaking offensive records held by Wayne Gretzky. Defensively, the team looks more like the grinding Florida Panthers than the run-and-gun Oilers teams that fell short against them twice in the Stanley Cup Final.
