Penguins Practice: Rust Returns; Kuzmenko Out?
from Pittsburgh Hockey Now, by Dan Kingerski,
CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. — Hendrix Lapierre occupied yet another spot in the Pittsburgh Penguins lineup. Winger Bryan Rust was a full participant. And Andrei Kuzmenko appeared to be out of the lineup.
The injuries and the Penguins’ overloaded lineup have yielded three different lineup combinations in each of the first three games. While the Penguins won the first two, scoring a combined 13 goals, they were painfully flat and inept Monday in a 3-2 loss to the Winnipeg Jets.
