If Grans clears waivers on Tuesday, he’ll become eligible to be assigned to the Flyers’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

The 24-year-old has appeared in just one game so far this season, jumping in the lineup on Saturday, when Philadelphia fell to the Boston Bruins by a score of 5-1. Grans registered a plus/minus of -1 while logging 12:26 of ice time in the defeat. It was his first NHL experience since the 2024-25 campaign, when he posted an assist in six games.
