Cale Makar Out Tuesday Against Dallas Stars as Wife Goes Into Labor
from Colorado Hockey Now, by Aarif Deen,
Cale Makar returned to Denver to be with his wife, Tracy, who is going into labor and is due at any moment with twins, a team spokesman told reporters in Dallas.
The Avs host the Stars on Wednesday and Makar’s status for the rematch is unclear. But on Tuesday, Noah Juulsen draws into the lineup for the fourth time in six games. Devon Toews will take over top power-play duties in Makar’s absence and Sam Malinski slots in on PP2.
