Devils Rank in Top-10 Most Valuable NHL Franchise’s | Report
from New Jersey Hockey Now,
Nine teams in the NHL are now worth more than $3 billion. The New Jersey Devils are not one of them—and that is exactly why their new ranking matters.
Sportico’s 2026 valuations place the club ninth at $2.72 billion, inside the top 10 for the first time in this cycle and just ahead of the New York Islanders. In a league still led by the Toronto Maple Leafs ($4.8 billion), New York Rangers, Montreal Canadiens, Los Angeles Kings and Boston Bruins, a Devils franchise that once lived in the financial middle of the pack has quietly become one of hockey’s more expensive assets.
