Carney buys IIHF time by saying no to Russia at world juniors

Prime Minister Mark Carney said Tuesday that Russia will not participate in the 2027 World Junior Championship on Canadian soil, temporarily putting to rest a boycott led by six European hockey federations that refused to face Russia.
