On Tuesday, the New York Sirens announced that the team has signed forward Denisa Krizova and defender Maja Nylen Persson to one-year contract extensions.

Krizova is set to enter her first full season with the Sirens. The team acquired her ahead of the trade deadline last March, as New York sent defender Jincy Roese to the Minnesota Frost. After the season was over, Krizova re-signed with New York on a one-year deal , protecting her during the expansion process. Now, she’s on the books through the 2027-28 season. Nylen Persson, who signed a three-year contract with the Sirens when the team drafted her in 2024 , signed a one-year extension last September. Now, she’s signed through the 2028-29 campaign.
